These terms govern the use of Anviom CRM provided by Anviom Technologies Private Limited. By creating an account or using the service, the customer organization agrees to them.
1.The service
Anviom CRM is a web-based lead management and sales CRM, offered on subscription plans to businesses in India.
2.Accounts and administrators
- Each customer organization is responsible for the users it invites and the permissions it grants.
- Users must keep their sign-in credentials confidential.
3.Customer data
The customer owns the data it stores in Anviom CRM and is responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use it, including lead data from its own campaigns. We process it only to provide the service. See our privacy policy.
4.Acceptable use
The service must not be used for unlawful purposes, to send unsolicited messages in breach of applicable rules (including Meta's WhatsApp policies), or to interfere with the service's security or availability.
5.Fees, seats and taxes
- Fees follow the customer's plan: a base price covering included users, plus a per-user price for additional users.
- Billing period: per user / month. Taxes: No GST is charged at present.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay.
6.Third-party services
Integrations such as Meta lead ads and WhatsApp Business are subject to Meta's terms. WhatsApp messaging charges are billed to the customer directly by Meta; Anviom does not collect or resell them.
7.Cancellation and termination
Cancellations and refunds follow our refund & cancellation policy. Lead data is permanently deleted 30 days after cancellation.
8.Warranties and limitation of liability
- We provide Anviom CRM with reasonable skill and care, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will suit every business purpose.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost business or lost opportunities.
- Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees the customer paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
9.Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
