What Anviom stores in your browser, and why. We don't use advertising or analytics trackers.
1.This website
This marketing site stores only what it needs:
- Your cookie choice: one first-party cookie (
anviom_cookie_consent) that remembers whether you chose "Accept all" or "Essential only", kept for 12 months. - The demo-call popup: a browser storage entry (
anviom.leadPopup) so we don't show it again after you close it or send your details. - It also reads the Anviom CRM sign-in entry described below, only to send signed-in users straight to their workspace.
2.Anviom CRM (the application)
The application uses your browser's local storage — not cookies — for:
- Keeping you signed in — a refresh token (
anviom.refresh), removed when you sign out. - Your preferences — theme, table density, sidebar and column choices (
anviom.theme,anviom.density,anviom.sidebarCollapsed,anviom.leadColumns).
These are necessary for the application to work as you set it up and are not used for tracking.
3.Third parties
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font files are requested.
- When you pay, Razorpay's checkout runs on its own terms and may use its own cookies.
- The sign-in pages use Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check that tells people from bots. It receives technical signals from your browser (such as your IP address) only to run that check, and isn't used for advertising.
4.Your choices
On your first visit we ask you to choose "Accept all" or "Essential only". Essential cookies and storage are always on because the site and application can't work without them. Optional analytics cookies are only ever used if you choose "Accept all". We don't use any today, and if we add them they will stay off until you agree.
You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer. You can also clear site data in your browser. Clearing it will sign you out, reset your preferences and ask for your cookie choice again.
